Is FAM time-consuming?

How many sessions do you recommend to learn the method?

Every client receives a 2-hour introductory presentation that reviews important fertility anatomy and explains in detail how to use the Fertility Awareness Method. It is then recommended to have a minimum of 3 follow-up sessions, one after each cycle to review, analyze, and interpret your menstrual cycle data. At each session, your charting goals and intentions are discussed in detail and a plan is created to optimize your reproductive cycle.
